Andreev 反射观测到的 ErNi2B2C 中多带超导序与磁序的竞争

摘要
针对反铁磁 (T_N =6K) 超导体 (Tc=11K) ErNi2B2C，我们测量了两个主要晶体学方向的点接触 (PC) Andreev 反射 dV/dI 谱。在 dV/dI 中观察到的 Andreev 反射极小值一直保留至 Tc，直接指出了超导序参量 (OP) 在 Tc 处消失的反常特性。利用包含对破坏效应的最新 Andreev 反射理论，从 dV/dI 中获得了 OP 的温度依赖性。首次证明了 ErNi2B2C 中存在两个超导 OP。观察到当温度降低至 T_N 以下时，两个 OP 均出现显著下降。
