本文聚焦于自动分配审稿人到论文对于提高分配准确性从而提升科学活动本身质量的重要性。讨论了影响分配准确性的主要方面，对现有会议管理系统使用的描述论文和审稿人能力的方法进行了详细分析，并提出了计算相似度因子的一些改进。
