相关脑活动网络中的社区结构与模块性

摘要
我们提出一种基于由最大模块性确定的社区结构分解来研究活体大脑功能分离与整合的方法。我们用一个源于功能成像数据的网络演示该方法，其节点由单个图像像素定义，边由相关信号变化表示。我们发现了其解剖分布对应于生物学有意义结构的社区，并包含解剖等价脑区之间令人信服的功能细分。
