集体应力驱动正常细胞与Ras转化细胞单层的竞争

摘要
我们研究了两条仅在Ras癌基因表达上不同的细胞系之间对空间的竞争。两种细胞群初始分离并设置为向中间的自由基底条带拮抗迁移。接触后,其界面移向正常细胞群。借助对集体迁移黏聚细胞片的流体力学描述,我们解释了接触前后获取的速率与牵引力数据。接触前后细胞的运动学使我们能够估计两条细胞系的相对材料参数。正如模型所预测,具有较大集体应力的转化细胞群推动了野生型细胞群。
