d_{x^2-y^2} + id_xy 超导体中的集体模

摘要
我们考察了具有混合对称性序参量分量的超导相态，如 d+is 或 d+id'（其中 d'=d_{xy}）。我们认为存在一种新的轨道磁化模，其对应于相对相位 φ 在平衡值 φ=π/2 附近的振荡。这类似于超流 3He-A 中的“拍击”模。我们推算了该模的频率 ω_0(B,T)，并据此估算了该模的速度 s(B,T)。我们发现该模可被施加磁场调节，ω_0(B,T)∝B D_0，其中 D_0 为 d 波序参量的大小。
