收集大数据行为以测量对抗肥胖的行为

摘要
肥胖目前影响着全球人口的很大一部分。有效的预防和治疗始于幼年,并且需要区域/社区尺度上人群层面行为的客观认知。为此,我们提出了一个客观且自动地提取和收集个体层面行为信息的系统。该行为信息涉及身体活动、访问地点的类型以及其间使用的交通方式。该系统采用了文献中的指标提取算法,我们在公开可用数据集上对其进行了评估。该系统已在欧盟资助的 BigO 项目的背景下开发并集成,该项目旨在预防年轻人群的肥胖。
