摘要
我们展示了一个完全相干的超连续谱，其谱宽跨越 500 nm，源自泵浦波长为 1575 nm 的绝缘体上硅光子线波导。报道了与数值模拟的极好一致性。模拟还表明，高水平的双光子吸收基本上可以强制光谱展宽过程的相干性，而与泵浦脉冲持续时间无关。
