铌酸锂波导中相干双倍频程超连续谱的产生

摘要
我们展示了在单片集成铌酸锂波导中，在二阶和三阶非线性效应共同作用下产生相干超连续谱（SCG）。在长度为0.5 cm、脉冲能量为100皮焦耳量级的波导中，我们实现了超过两个倍频程的光学带宽。波导的色散工程使得SCG与二次谐波之间实现光谱重叠，从而能够使用单个波导直接探测载波包络偏移频率fCEO。我们以30 dB的信噪比测量了飞秒泵浦源的fCEO。
