摘要
我们提出了一个电子双量子线系统，其中包含一对边缘阻挡势垒和中间势垒中的耦合元件，位于两条弹道量子线之间。讨论并比较了窗口和谐振器耦合控制在适当磁场下增强线间转移过程的作用。我们通过计算模拟展示了在窗口和谐振器耦合双线系统中电导和电子波概率密度的分析结果。
