石墨中尖锐准粒子色散与无序特征的共存

摘要
对方位角无序石墨的角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)研究表明，沿径向的尖锐准粒子色散可以与沿方位角方向完全缺乏色散共存。这种矛盾的共存可以用角态密度中的van Hove奇点来解释。此外，在带最大值和鞍点能量处观察到非色散特征，并讨论了可能的解释。这项工作为即使难以获得大单晶时，使用ARPES研究层状材料的电子结构开辟了可能性。
