共掺杂 LaLa1-xSrxTiO3-d:具有高 Curie 温度的稀释磁性氧化物体系

摘要

在激光沉积异晶薄膜中观察到 Co 掺杂 Ti 基氧化物 Perovsk 结构物质 (La1-xSrxTiO3-d) 的铁磁性在室温以上仍然存在。该系统在低掺杂浓度 (<~2%) 时表现为内在的稀释磁性半导体(金属),但在更高的钴掺杂浓度时会出现各向异性。薄膜从不透明金属到透明半导体取决于生长时的氧气压力,然而仍 exhibits 铁磁性。
