摘要
社交网络中紧密通信、联系与关联的结构以直径 2 的极大子图（2-clubs）的形式进行研究，对应于三种紧密社区：hamlets、social circles 和 coteries。定义并引入了图的 borough 概念。每个 borough 是网络 2-clubs 的链并，且网络的任何 2-club 都属于某个 borough。因此，一个网络的 borough 集合连同它们所包含的 2-clubs 被证明包含了网络中的紧密通信结构。给出了应用及来自真实世界网络数据的示例。
