摘要
利用FeSe晶体对称性的约束以及实验观测到的现象学,我们分析了插层与单层FeSe化合物中超导序参量可能的配对对称性。该分析得出三种可能的配对对称态——s波、d波和螺旋p波。尽管配对对称性不同,这些态均是完全带隙的,且能隙最小值位于正常态费米面之上,与Y. Zhang等人的光发射数据一致。该分析为这些态各自的可能配对机制提供了额外见解,突出了重整化排斥型轨道内Hubbard 与轨道间 的有害作用,以及有效低能哈密顿量中配对跳跃 、洪德 项和自旋轨道耦合的有益作用。
