高 T_c 铜化合物中 c 轴电荷输运

摘要
使用 61-T 脉冲磁场，我们测量了 Bi-2201 系统中常规态的 ρ_ab 和 ρ_c，确认了通常称为电荷约束行为的“金属”ρ_ab 与“半导体”ρ_c 的共存现象可延伸至 T_c 以下很远。最近对重载空穴 Y-123 晶体在 16 T 直流磁场下的 c 轴磁阻进行了测量，发现特殊的 c 轴电荷输运及其导致的电荷约束本质上与反亚磁性自旋涨落有关。
