摘要
引入自发发射的角光子关联方法作为一种实验的、纯光学的方案来表征半导体纳米结构中的无序性。推导了角相关性的理论表达式并对模型系统进行数值计算。结果表明，所提出的实验方法可直接获取关于相关态空间分布的信息，从而揭示系统中存在的无序性。
