高能电子辐照损伤在 UPt3 样品中的表征

摘要
我们对高品质 UPt 单晶在高能电子辐照前后进行了输运和比热测量。我们观察到临界温度随样品厚度呈现强烈依赖。辐照对超导态比热的显著影响可通过超导临界温度分布不均匀来简单解释。对 UPt3 比热输运中“普遍极限”失效现象进行了重新审视，并确立了进行纯净实验测试的条件。
