摘要
非费米液体 UCu_4Pd 的磁性和电子性质依赖于退火条件。本文通过 U L_III 边和 Pd K 边的 X 射线吸收精细结构测量，报道了由该退火引起的局部结构变化。特别地，退火降低了名义上位于 Cu 16e 位置的 Pd 原子比例以及 U-Cu 原子对距离分布宽度。本研究提供了关于 UCu_4Pd 中无序程度的定量信息，并允许评估其对观察到的非费米液体行为的潜在重要性。
