摘要
我们研究了单个GaAs自组装量子点中与双激子-激子级联相关的光子聚束现象。使用脉冲激发源进行的实验表明，只有在极低激发下才能检测到显著的聚束，此时光子流的典型强度小于其饱和值的一半。我们的发现可以通过一个考虑激子数泊松统计的模型来定性理解，该模型预测聚束峰的高度由发现多于一个激子的概率的倒数决定。
