稀释制冷机中量子材料的宽带太赫兹时域光谱研究

摘要
我们利用配备 7 T 分体线圈的 Bluefors 稀释制冷机，搭建了一套太赫兹时域光谱系统。使用砷化镓单量子阱样品，在 145 mK 及 0 至 6 Tesla 的磁场范围内测量了太赫兹波形，以测定回旋共振。测得有效质量为 ，大于公认的体材料值 。
