摘要

我们用五膜统一描述了M理论在 $T^5$ 上紧致化后的所有BPS态。我们计算了质量谱与简并度，并通过假设五膜的世界体理论本身由一种弦理论描述，发现 $SO(5,5,Z)$ U对偶对称性作为一个T对偶自然出现。我们还考虑了在 $S^1/Z_2 \times T^4$ 上的紧致化，并通过展示其与 $K3\times S^1$ 上M理论的双重等价性，给出了它与异弦理论对应关系的新的解释。
