在本文中，我们考察由二维金兹堡-朗道方程导出的一个线性常微分方程组。在两种情形下，已知该方程组由于金兹堡-朗道方程在平移和旋转下的不变性而存在有界解。我们工作的具体贡献在于证明在其他情形下，该方程组不存在任何有界解。我们表明这一有界解问题与特征值问题相关。
