摘要
研究了二维随机势中相互作用玻色子的玻色凝聚。求解 Gross-Pitaevskii 方程以确定空间变化的序参量以及局域化长度作为无序、相互作用强度和凝聚体密度的函数。由此得到了有限的凝聚温度。结果被应用于确定 GaAs 量子阱中激子的超辐射衰变。
