层状钴氧化物的区块层概念:热电氧化物的一种设计

摘要

高 Tc 铜氧化物由超导 CuO2 层与区块层(如 Bi2Sr2O4 或 La2-xSrxO2)交替堆叠构成。通过改变区块层,我们可以改变其物理性质,例如转变温度 Tc。热电钴氧化物具有由导电 CoO2 层和阻挡层组成的类似层状结构。因此,我们提出其热电性能可以通过修饰区块层来进行精细调控。
