层状氧化物NaCo_2O_4中的大热电势

摘要
过渡金属氧化物NaCo_2O_4是一种层状氧化物，其中CoO_2和Na沿c轴交替堆叠。最近我们发现，这种化合物表现出异常大的热电势和低电阻率，可与Bi_2Te_3相媲美。负的横向磁阻和强烈依赖温度的霍尔系数表明，电子关联主导了NaCo_2O_4中的导电机制。
