量子极限 Josephson 行波参量放大器噪声优值评估的双模方法

摘要

超低噪声微波放大器的出现革新了若干需要量子极限技术的研究领域。本文利用线性保相放大器的双模理论描述,针对一种模型架构(即基于 rf-SQUID 的 Josephson 行波参量放大器),就关键案例输入态(Fock 态与相干态)的放大与噪声产生分析了其若干内禀性质。此外,我们给出了当热噪声涨落馈入器件时,由参量放大机制产生的输出信号的分析。
