摘要
涉及 AI 驱动警务的歧视性做法在过去几年中备受争议，COMPAS、PredPol 和 ShotSpotter 等算法被指责对少数群体造成不公平影响。与此同时，机器学习尤其是计算机视觉中的公平性问题已成为越来越多学术研究的主题。在本文中，我们考察这些领域如何交叉。我们提供了这些做法如何产生以及缓解它们所面临困难的信息。随后我们考察三个正在开发中的应用，以理解它们对公平性构成的风险以及这些风险如何被缓解。
