摘要
本文从法律视角考察算法公平性，旨在识别在实际系统和用例中指定和采用公平性定义与算法的最佳实践与策略。我们首先提供对欧盟和美国当前反歧视法律的简要介绍，并讨论从法律和伦理角度看待偏见与公平性的概念。随后，我们通过实例呈现一组算法公平性定义，以传达其目标对象给非技术受众。然后，我们引入一组在为实际用例选择特定公平性定义时必须考虑的核心准则。最后，我们列举了在实际AI应用中设计和部署公平性方法的关键考虑事项和最佳实践。
