超越公平性：评估算法与设计系统的替代道德维度

摘要
人工智能 (AI) 系统的伦理问题已成为学术界亟待关注的议题。这一关切引发了对算法公平性的极大兴趣。目前已有大量研究议程致力于提高算法公平性、评估算法公平性以及理解人类对公平性的感知。我们认为，过度依赖公平性作为唯一的道德维度，是以牺牲其他重要的人类价值观为代价的。借鉴道德心理学，我们提出了五个超越公平性的道德维度，并建议了这三种替代维度促进伦理 AI 发展的三种方式。
