浴盆形风险率函数的贝叶斯非参数设定

摘要
自然和制造系统的风险率函数常呈现浴盆形故障率。高早期故障率之后是故障稀少的长期使用期，最终随着系统达到寿命终点故障率上升。此类风险率函数的参数化建模会对函数形状产生不必要的限制性假设，然而最常见的非参数估计量（Kaplan-Meier 估计量）不允许指定其为浴盆形的要求。本文中我们扩展了 Lo 和 Weng (1989) 的方法，并设定了从 Gamma 过程先验中抽取的四个非参数浴盆形风险率函数。我们对这四个模型进行了实现并演示了仿真。
