PdAl2Cl8插层石墨的能带结构与输运研究

摘要

利用舒布尼科夫-德哈斯(Shubnikov-de Haas, SdH)效应研究了首阶PdAl2Cl8受体型石墨插层化合物(GICs)的二维费米面。观察到一个基本频率,其角向变化证实了此前通过电导率测量所发现的强二维特性。能谱可用Blinowski等人提出的二维能带结构模型描述。我们得到如下参数值:面内C-C相互作用能gamma_0 = 2.7 eV、费米能E_F = -1.1 eV以及载流子密度n_SdH = 1.1x10^27 m^-3。对二阶和三阶材料给出了较少的细节。
