我们讨论了背景热浴对高能储存环中电子消辐的影响，以及与自旋翻转相关的光子辐射。我们特别关注 LEP 处的电子。我们指出，在某些固有角度范围内，由于背景热浴的存在，光子辐射被增强了多个数量级。尽管如此，在 LEP 条件下，由背景热浴引起的总消辐远小于在零温度下常规加速引起的消辐，在实际情况下可以忽略不计。最终我们讨论了背景热浴在何种条件下可以使总消辐增强多个数量级。
