II型外尔半金属表面准粒子干涉的原子尺度可视化

摘要
我们结合准粒子干涉模拟(理论)与原子分辨率扫描隧道谱显微术(实验),首次在II型外尔半金属MoWTe上可视化了干涉图案。我们基于第一性原理能带拓扑的模拟从理论上揭示了表面电子散射行为。我们识别了MoWTe中的拓扑费米弧态,并揭示了其表面态的散射性质。此外,我们的结果通过体态与表面态的互连性揭示了拓扑的实验特征,这对理解该材料的异常性质至关重要。
