Ho 金属 3d_{5/2} -> 4f 共振 X 射线衍射的原子多重态计算

摘要

我们将 Ho 金属在 3d5/24f3d_{5/2} \to 4f (M5M_5) 共振处测得的 X 射线吸收谱和共振软 X 射线衍射谱(针对磁一阶和二阶衍射峰 (0,0,τ)(0,0,\tau)(0,0,2τ)(0,0,2\tau))与原子多重态计算结果进行了比较。我们发现实验与模拟结果吻合良好,这表明此类模拟非常适合定量分析关联电子系统的共振软 X 射线衍射数据。
