利用K2任务对太阳型恒星进行星震学研究

摘要

我们展示了NASA K2任务首次在太阳型恒星中探测到的振荡,使用的是K2第1期(C1)期间收集的短节奏数据。我们理解了在类似C1的光度性能水平下的星震探测阈值,并且能够探测到主振荡频率约为1000μHz1000\,\rm \mu Hz的亚巨星中的振荡。预计从第3期开始,精细导星传感器操作的改变将显著改善高频性能。若高频超额噪声的振幅降低到原来的五分之二,将使主振荡频率高达2500μHz{\simeq 2500}\,\rm \mu Hz的主序星成为K2潜在的星震学目标。
