自旋袋与掺杂空穴的密度和自旋关联函数

摘要
我们计算了二维t-J模型中掺杂空穴的密度-密度和自旋-自旋关联函数,该模型在低掺杂密度下具有自旋袋基态。两种关联函数均表现出显著规则但完全不同的标度行为:密度关联函数与对应掺杂空穴的玻色子一致,并凝聚到宽度为8t的无相互作用带的基态;自旋关联函数则与宽度为J的带中的费米子一致。我们表明,自旋袋图像为这种不寻常行为提供了自然的解释。
