La$_3$Ni$_2$O$_7$ 自旋密度波态中的各向异性电子关联

摘要

双层镍酸盐超导体 La3_3Ni2_2O7_7 近 150 K undergoes a 密度波转变,引发了广泛关注,然而其微观机理仍不明确。本文报告了对高品质 La3_3Ni2_2O7_7 单晶的极化分辨电子拉曼散射测量。低于 150 K 时,我们观察到 B1g_{1g} 和 B2g_{2g} 通道中谱权重的显著且具有对称性依赖性的重新分配,符合自旋密度波(SDW)间隙的形成。定量分析揭示了动量选择性的 SDW 间隙幅值,近 X/Y Brillouin 区点表现为中等至强耦合,而沿对角方向则为较弱耦合,表明该 SDW 是由各向异性电子关联驱动的非常规 SDW。我们的结果确立了 La3_3Ni2_2O7_7 自旋密度波的电子特征,为理解镍酸盐在压力下高温超导性的出现提供了微观基础。
