摘要
我们证明了A15化合物中的弹性反常和晶格不稳定性可以用第一性原理LDA电子结构计算来描述。我们表明，在T=0时，V₃Si、V₃Ge和Nb₃Sn对具有弹性模量C₁₁-C₁₂和C₄₄的剪切本质上不稳定，并且区中心声子Γ₂和Γ₁₂要么不稳定，要么极其软。我们证明了亚晶格弛豫(内应变)效应是理解A15材料行为的关键。
