倾斜磁场中双层膜的角磁阻振荡

摘要
角磁阻振荡（AMRO）最初在有机导体中发现，随后在许多其他层状金属中也被观测到。在半导体双层膜中也应能观测到AMRO。在此，我们针对平衡与非平衡双层膜，在实空间和动量空间中，将AMRO直观地几何解释为Aharonov-Bohm干涉效应。我们讨论了其在金属态下倾斜磁场中双层膜实验的应用。我们推测，当双层膜的每一层均处于复合费米子态时，也可能观测到AMRO。
