分析 BATSE 目录中暴风位置系统误差

摘要
我们采用似然方法分析 BATSE 1B、2B 和 3B 目录中暴风位置的系统误差。我们结合 BATSE 数据与 196 条单一 IPN 弧线。我们假设误差为圆形高斯分布，且总误差为系统误差 与统计误差 的正交求和，符合 BATSE 目录的规定。我们发现，BATSE 3B 目录中声称的系统误差 与实际数据不一致。
