Softmax函数的模拟实现

摘要
提出了Softmax激活函数的一种模拟实现。提出了一种模块化设计，其随输入和输出数量线性扩展。该电路在使用BJT和NMOS设计方案时表现相似。从BJT面包板原型提取的实验结果显示计算精度在4.2%误差范围内。仿真数据显示BJT和NMOS设计方案精度分别在1.3%和0.9%误差范围内。
