我们提出了一种球面上的采样方案，并开发了相应的球谐变换 (SHT)，用于扩散磁共振成像 (dMRI) 中扩散信号的精确重建。通过利用反对称性，我们设计了一种采样方案，其所需的球面采样数量为最优，等于在谱域（球谐域）中表示反对称带限扩散信号所需的自由度。与现有的允许精确重建扩散信号的球面采样方案相比，所提出的采样方案将所需采样数量减少了两倍或更多。我们分析了所提出 SHT 的数值精度，并通过实验表明，所提出的采样允许以接近机器精度的准确度进行精确且旋转不变的 SHT 计算。
