大型数据集中变量间依赖性的信息论度量

摘要
最大信息系数(MIC)用于衡量两个变量之间的依赖程度，能够检测线性和非线性关联。然而，其计算代价随数据集大小迅速增长。本文提出了一种计算高效的MIC近似方法，用基于数据网格均匀划分的更简单技术取代其动态规划步骤。多种实验证明了我们所提近似的质量。
