扩展瑞利模型：性质、回归与 COVID-19 应用

摘要
我们定义了一种四参数扩展瑞利分布，并获得了若干数学性质，包括一个随机表示。我们基于新分布构建了一个回归模型。估计通过最大似然法完成。新模型的实用性在两个真实应用中得到证明。
