利用卷积神经网络在DES中发现的一个扩展星系-星系强引力透镜目录

摘要
我们利用卷积神经网络在暗能量巡天(DES)第三年成像数据中搜索星系-星系强引力透镜,通过新的训练集扩展了先前的工作,并覆盖了更宽的红移和颜色范围。我们使用模拟透镜图像训练两个神经网络,然后用它们对暗能量巡天中基于模拟选定具有合理透镜颜色的790万源的后 stamps 图像进行评分。我们检查了得分最高的1175个候选体,识别出152个可能或确定的透镜。检查另外20000张得分较低的图像,我们进一步识别出247个可能或确定的候选体。在纳入早期使用神经网络搜索发现的86个候选体和通过视觉检查DES目录中蓝近红天体发现的26个候选体后,我们呈现了一个包含511个透镜候选体的目录。
