摘要
我们提出了一种去中心化的信息交换过程（试探过程），用于确定向一群承担达到该水平所需成本的个人提供某种公共物品的水平。我们提出的信息交换过程需要最少的协调开销，并收敛于相应集中式问题的最优解。
