摘要
自动车牌识别（ALPR）是一种自动识别任何车辆车牌的系统。该过程对于追踪、开罚单以及任何计费系统等至关重要。随着信息通信技术（ICT）的应用，包括车辆追踪系统在内的所有系统都在实现自动化。本研究提出了一种利用车牌字符检测车牌的混合方法。我们采集的图像信息用于孟加拉国车辆的识别过程，这也是本研究的研究主题。在此，对于车牌检测，使用了 YOLO 模型，其正确预测率为 81%。随后，对于车牌分割，使用了 Otsu 阈值法，最终对于字符识别，应用了 CNN 模型。该模型将使车辆的自动车牌检测系统避免任何滥用。
