通过低温慢冷烧结制备无α-FeAs的SmFeAsO1-xFx

摘要

我们采用低温慢冷烧结方法获得了无非晶态FeAs的SmFeAsO1-xFx。SmFeAsO1-xFx在980°C烧结40小时,然后缓慢冷却至600°C。低温烧结抑制了非晶态FeAs的形成,而慢冷过程将大量氟引入SmFeAsO1-xFx。该样品的超导电性出现在57.8 K,超导体积分数达到96%。为了研究冷却过程中氟浓度的变化,我们在950°C、900°C、850°C、800°C、750°C和700°C对样品进行水淬。发现氟不仅在最高加热温度下被替代,而且在冷却过程中也被替代。低温慢冷烧结对于获得具有高氟浓度的均匀SmFeAsO1-xFx非常有效。
