三维演化代数相关遗传模式的代数计算

摘要
真核细胞的有丝分裂过程可由演化代数的结构常数表示。后者的任意同位素对应前者基因型的突变。本文使用计算代数几何来确定任意域上三维演化代数按同位素类的分布，从而描述有丝分裂过程中三种不同基因型的遗传模式谱。在处理具有一维零化子的代数时，也确定了它们按同构类的分布。
