类型 II 量子点合束中中性激子的 Aharonov-Bohm 信号

摘要
人们常认为 Aharonov-Bohm (AB) 效应是带电粒子与电磁矢势相互作用的典型特征。本文报告了对类型 II InP/GaAs 自组装量子点的磁光致发光研究，明确揭示了当空穴基态的角动量从 lh=0 变为 lh=1、2、3 时，中性激子的 Aharonov-Bohm 型振荡。从简单模型推导的空穴环参数与该系统的结构参数高度一致。
