共病/多重共病的凝聚式层次聚类分析

摘要
尽管共病/多重共病与死亡率的显著上升相关，但缺乏适当的定量探索技术常阻碍其分析。在当前研究中，我们研究了德克萨斯州患者群体中多重共病患者的聚类。为此，我们采用凝聚式层次聚类以在该患者群体中发现簇。分析揭示了在所关注的研究群体中存在九个 distinct、临床相关的共病/多重共病簇。该技术提供了对特定群体中存在的共病/多重共病的定量探索性分析。
